Ben is a licensed commercial real estate advisor with SVN Commercial Partners in Naples, FL. He specializes in navigating the industrial and retail markets, adept at uncovering and securing prime investment opportunities for his clientele. He graduated with an Economics degree from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, in 2018, where he also earned All-American honors as a varsity ice hockey goaltender in 2017. Beyond Real Estate, Ben's life is fueled by a profound passion for motorsports and a commitment to animal welfare. Motorsports is a family affair for Ben, with a penchant for racing cars across the U.S. being their family hobby. Currently, he is at the forefront of launching a professional racing program, a venture supported by his non-profit organization, Future Podiums Foundation. This initiative is dedicated to paving the way for underprivileged youth and veterans into the motorsports industry, reflecting Ben's dedication to leveraging his passions for creating a positive societal impact.
