With an impressive career spanning roles such as COO of a premier firearms distributor and shooting ranges, and COO leadership in vast retail settings including big box and substantial non-profits like Goodwill, Will has excelled in driving sustained growth within challenging industries through strategic insight and adept management. His academic foundation is a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communications from The University of New Mexico, complemented by a certification as a Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CMAA) and ongoing CPEP certification. David holds a degree from the University of New Mexico and resides in Albuquerque with his family. David brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail, industrial, and land leasing and sales. In the past two years, he has received numerous requests from business owners seeking his expertise to sell their businesses. David has successfully sold six businesses—including a dental office, multi-unit franchise restaurant, QSR restaurant, sit-down restaurant, cannabis cultivation, and automotive—along with their real estate. He is now positioning himself for the next decade to guide business owners through the challenging decision to sell and to secure the highest multiples for them. David has been recognized with multiple top producer and performance awards at his previous companies, NAI Maestas & Ward, Base 5 Retail, and King Capital. Outside of work, David is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys riding snowmobiles, skiing, mountain biking, hunting, and fishing.
